Life is too short
Grudges are a waste of perfect happiness.
Laugh when you can….
Apologize when you need to
And let go of what you can’t change.
Love deeply and forgive quickly.
Take chances, give everything and have no regrets.
Life is too short to be unhappy,
You have to take the good with the bad,
Smile when you’re sad.
Love what you’ve got and always remember what you had.
Always forgive…never forget what you’ve learned
Learning makes your future experiences easier.
Be all that you can be,  Live life to the fullest,
And give your love a chance to reach others.

I want to introduce Life’s too Short Coaching with this quote because it’s a a great reminder of how important it is to live a life we love ..right now!!!

None of us want to leave this earth with any regrets, yet with all the pressures of everyday life, it is so easy to let slip what we hold most dear to us. There is a tendency for us all to live with a sense of complacency, believing we have all the time in the world to live out our dreams. Consequently, we can lose sight of what’s important to us, and let our hopes, loves and ambitions fade into the distance. It is a sad reflection on our society, but it seems that we only get this message when we lose someone we love or suffer an illness that brings us close to death.

Often, it can feel like we are living out a life we have not chosen, it just ‘happened to us’.   Have you ever found yourself driving to a destination but you don’t remember how you got there? It is a similar feeling to how we can go through  life,  just getting through each day, merely existing, waiting and hoping that something great will happen for us to feel ‘alive’ again! How often do we hear in conversations ‘one day I will’ or ‘if only I could, but not now’, or ‘I will be much happier when x happens’. Now is the time to ask yourself the hard questions:-

Are you happy with how you are living your life TODAY?
If this was your last week on earth, how would you be living it?
-Would you want make some changes to how you are living now?
-What would you be doing differently?

So, how can we  create greater fulfillment in our everyday life,  particularly when we are feeling ‘stuck’, ‘stale’ or frustrated at the cards life has dealt us’? In my experience,  more often than not, it simply requires  time out to gain greater clarity in our thinking, ensure our everyday decisions and choices are in line with what we say is important,  and learn some additional skills and personal strategies  to create more of what we desire.
The aim of our coaching programs and one to one sessions,  is to empower participants to take charge of their lives rather than surrendering to ‘Life’ taking charge of them.

My passion is to pass on and share, the most effective, straight-forward techniques, skills and mindsets that have the potential to make the greatest difference to people’s everyday life.
